Our Story
Black Diamond Cleaning Solutions was founded to bring premium house cleaning and maid service to the East Coast. Our founder, Joe, owns rental properties and experienced firsthand the frustrations of unreliable cleaning services — missed appointments, inconsistent quality, and poor communication. Determined to do better, Joe and his wife built Black Diamond together to provide professional cleaning that eliminates the headaches.
What started as a shared idea between the two of them has grown into a company built on the same values they run their household and their rental properties by. Joe and his wife work side by side — from hiring and training every cleaner to checking in on jobs personally — so that the care they'd want for their own home is the same care every Black Diamond customer gets.
